We offer our Love to those whom were affected by the devastating earthquake and tsunamis in Northern Japan, which occurred on Friday,
March 11, 2011. We also express our compassion to the families of those whom have lost their lives in this tragic event.
This is the biggest earthquake to hit Japan since records began almost 150 years ago.
Tens of thousands of Self-Defense Forces searched for survivors in earthquake-ravaged norther...n Japan on Saturday as rescue and relief efforts went into full force, even as concerns rose that a radiation leak may have occurred at a nuclear-power facility in the country.
More than 200,000 Japanese were ferried to relief shelters and millions of homes were left without power and water after the country's most powerful quake ever struck on Friday.

In the 1970s the physicist Fred Alan Wolf wrote an evocative phrase “we create our own reality”. The Wise throughout the ages have said the same.
Continuing change is the fundamental feature of our life and the universe.
Our thoughts and focused intentions can affect physical reality that we perceive. However, most people don’t affect reality in a consistent & substantial way because they don’t believe they can.

Let us bring our energy together in Focused Intention.
•purpose: an anticipated outcome that is intended or that guides your planned actions.
Our most powerful intention is Love. Visualize things enfolding for the best and highest good for all. Even the very Wise can not see all things.

Your mind wants you to think its you. It knows its suffering, will distract you, in the past this was thought of as demons, but I prefer a more psychological metaphor of it being your Persona, which thinks its you. Your first moment upon awakening is your best friend. There is no pain, no stiffness, no worry, no thoughts, no judgments. There is no personality, no story, no agenda. Your first moment has no fear or anger. Then you "remember" your character. Your persona "mask". From this second minute or so of waking in the morning, you are not you. You have become this "memory matrix". YOU have fallen asleep...You may not awaken until the body falls asleep again....To BE AWAKE, in this world, you must have the courage to CHOOSE who you are in that first moment of awakening from sleep. Choose well. Then keep returning to the truth of your self, not your thoughts and feeling about you. You can really awaken...in the only moment you have: now... Get ready , here comes sleep time... The next morning you awaken, be free. Choose who you are. Note how many untruths the mind comes up with...It may say " I'm scared", I'm sad, or I'm angry"....You are not any of these.

A Mirror of the Soul

"When I was very young, about four years old, I had a sudden moment of spiritual realization. I was playing, running up and down the stairs at my grandparent’s house. Suddenly, the room was filled with Light. Not just ordinary physical light, but a mysterious Light that illumined everything from both within and without.

Colors seemed much brighter, and I had a sense that the objects around me were more vivid. The textures and shapes of everything were enhanced many times over. It was as if the world had been mere dull grey before this moment. I was dazzled by this huge increase in perception.

Then I heard a voice that seemed to come out of thin air, saying, “Always Remember This Moment.” It was a powerful voice that was very clear and strong. This whole event passed in just a few minutes. Then I went back to play in another room of the house.

From that time on, I continued to hear voices, sometimes so many speaking at the same time that I couldn’t make out what they were actually saying. Sometimes one voice would increase in volume while the others faded into the background until I could soon distinguish the one voice’s unique personality. The voice would explain many things to me as if it was instructing me about life. Several years later, I wrote down the experience because I was beginning to forget the details. These voices have taught me many things over the years."

The Soul Portraits are a healing art which comes from the Philosophy of Life called Soul Based Living.

Whatever you think the image is, "it is not that".
However, let us say we know what this is, and say it is Art that illustrates YOU as your "inner, essential and Higher Self" - A mirror to Your Soul.

Practical application:

"See" your self, not the 3/d limited self. SEE your self (not your life story) - those are just words in your "mind"... See deeply into you, as if looking past your reflection on the surface of life, to a diamond at the bottom of the water. Become your Diamond Self by working with your Soul Portrait - even for just a minute each day. Just breathe out whatever is no longer in your best & highest good - Breathe in as you look at the painting which represents your Divine Soul Self.

What is involved?

1.Sessions are either in-person or over the phone.
2.You will receive an 18x24 inch watercolor painting and an audio recording of your session. There will be time for your questions, if any, about any aspects of your life. The portrait will be yours to keep forever and to be inspired by everyday.

3. You will receive a audio CD of the session

4.Three follow-up phone consultations are then scheduled. This Soul Coaching allows for practical application of information that comes through in the Soul Portrait session

If we are creating the painting over the phone, make certain you are in a space which allows for your highest quality experience. The painting and cd of the session is then mailed to you

We encourage you to invest about 90 minutes of time in your self for the session. Some people find writing questions down before hand very useful, as the energy is so strong during the session, many people feel they are in a higher state and no questions come to mind, however everyone is different. Some with no questions discover questions welling up from deep within....

The intention of this work is to create a mirror via the medium of Art so that a person can "see" themselves daily in a new way,one of their own choosing, meaning the creation of personality "on purpose" if desired...
(Choosing who we are, we then have the choice of thoughts of that New person, which then gives us a new set of choices of action.) Some, after receiving a Soul Portrait, have claimed a kind of REBIRTH or AWAKENING.

In the first part: Information leading toward your vitality of health, relationships and success is communicated while the painting is being made. Depending on the person's depth of self inquiry, even centuries of "past life" or centuries of family issues may come forth.

Secondly, time is made for questions and answers.
Next, a plan for practical application of this new information is discussed. Every one is "psychic" - it is in the interpretation and application that practitioners show their quality.
All the while, a watercolor painting is being painted, during which, you will see your self, in full-color, in a new way. The painting is your reminder of your highest potential. Many have reported healings, and "breaking-through" stuck patterns, after participating in this beautiful and individually creative experience.

The Soul can not be trapped. There is no void or hell to fear. Hidden angers or fears arise after the body dies and jump up as a "reality" for a short time. Angels will help you to see you crossed over and guide you from that void or hell. You are Love and Light and not separate from the Divine Source. YOU ARE FREE FOREVER. Suffering is part of a space and time. The real you transcends space and time.

Love and Enlightenment

Love is the first word I say to you, because I am you and you are me. In other words, love is the unifying quality of life. Not only does love connect you to me and me to you, but it also helps us to realize that in essence we are all one.
I am love, and love is the condition that draws us towards the ultimate. Love is the answer to all your questions. You are love itself.
We seek in life those things that match the energy of who we really are. Basically, there are only these three things that all humans seek.
· Health and vitality· Harmonious relationships· Success in our objectives.
This order is the best way to achieve your dreams. Each one supports the next in this sequence. If you work outside of this particular order you may face challenges due to a weak foundation. For example, it can be hard to become successful if you have poor health or stressful relationships. Either one can distract you from achieving your goals. How often do you meet people who focus on success at the expense of their health or relationships? Perhaps you are in fact one of these people? I am not suggesting that you work on only one aim at a time. What I am saying is that these objectives should all be worked on simultaneously because each one supports the other. But you will get the best results if you keep them in this order of priority.

Raul Rosiles is the founder of Soul Based Living; Raul had a moment of self realization as a four year old child.

A voice said,“Always remember this moment.”

He has practiced meditation for three hours per day for six years.

Raul was on the committee to create the event Live H2o United by Love in 2009

The book : Transformation, is published by Raul's company Soul Based Living books

He has done his intuitive consultations at the Ritz Carlton on Maui and at the Luxor in Las Vegas, and over the phone across the USA.

His messages include information about love, enlightenment, non-duality, and philosophy. Raul’s work has taken him to Tokyo, Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and New York among other places.

Today is July 10th,2009

A little about the deeper meaning of the birth of this new organization.

I am working with a Spirit group called The Wonders.

The Wonders are high dimensional beings who work with people creating

new art, new science, and new philosophy, & new sprituality

The Wonders guide a movement on Earth called Gathering of Light.

The Gathering of Light is a group of people working on a soul level together to bring about a beautiful world of love on Earth. Some of these people are working on a tangible level together.

Some feel they are working with others in energy but don't yet know who. Some will never meet on a 3 dimensional level.

Soul Based Living is a new organization offering the best of ageless wisdom and current voices in science, art, philosophy, and spirituality. Soul Based living is apart of the Gathering of Light.

Well.... I see numbers as the code of the Matrix.
Numbers can be seen as telling us something about the deeper Reality of life.
I am not a Numerologist , just a fan of numbers.

He will be the 44th President. So he also has 11 and 44 at this time, hmmm...

The Eye the Needle. The end of the World
A new Man and a New Women are coming.
A new type of human to go with the new World. Humans are a transition species.
The ONEs that are coming are the ones that go to the stars. They are Galactic Beings.
You may feel you yourself are transforming. We are a bridge of Light. WE are the answer.
We stand up now so the Bright Ones of the Future will come to be born on this Earth.
It is up to us to be pillars of Light for ourselves and the the children of tomorrow.
I have begun a group called Gathering of Light for national and international Light-workers.
I am telling you the name so that you can join us in spirit.
Even if you are not traveling physically nationally or internationally to speak or teach or heal.
You can send us light.
You can BE Light.
To live thru the end of this world you must go thru the Eye of the Needle.
When Jesus said. " before the world was, I AM"
He was saying. First there must be an observer, than an observed reality.
To see the Truth, we must have Eyes of Truth. Then all is revealed , no matter how hidden it is.
In Buddhism this would be called Buddha Eyes.
Jesus said something to the effect of
" It would be easier for a Wealthy person to go thru the eye of a needle then to get into heaven."
As with all great teachers he is saying several things at once.
One is "Your focus on the world of appearances may loose you the real world."
Another thing being said is "What are you working for?" What values do you have?
One more deeply hidden meaning is " The mind of a wealthy person is why they are wealthy."
Jesus had to keep moving so as to avoid arrest.
Buddha was homeless when he reached Enlightenment.
( unless you consider the Bodhi tree an address)
It sounds like the poor way trumps going for the tower of worldly wealth.
HOWEVER
You can have your cake and eat it too.
It is WHO is gathering riches and WHY that counts!
Who are you BEING as you work? Why do you work. Joy or fear? Purpose or resignation?
We all most start where we find our self!
You may choose a studio apartment to save money for starting a business, for example.
A wealthy person thinks wealthy.
True wealth is healthy, strong, energetic, loving, happy, and abundant, not just having a bunch of money.
An abundant Mind thinks creatively.
So, HOW DOES A CAMEL GO THROUGH THE EYE OF A NEEDLE?
Look At the camel through the eye of the needle,
Again Jesus was saying more than one thing.
But first let me say that needles are strong, sharp and light....
May your mind be like that.
He was saying: Perception is the difference between wealth and poverty.
Poor people see great problems ahead. Wealthy people will see the opportunities.
No amount of effort without wisdom will work.
No amount of wisdom without effort will work.
We will ALL have to participate in addressing the current world challenges.
Another point is : The way out is THROUGH. Like looking through the needle.
The challenges of life, even as scary as some people think it is now, are the way.
The problem is actually the solution. It is like health. The symptoms are the body healing itself.
We move to a bright future by moving through the challenges.
Focusing on them as the gift, as the work of enlightenment.
OK. RAUL HOW DO WE DO THAT??!!!
Our motivation must not be to "fix" what is happening.
We must not want to avoid what is happening or hurry toward what we would rather be doing.
Deal head on with what is actually happening with Love and Gratitude.
Not focusing on how we wish things had gone with regret or sad about what we fear might be coming up.
Focus on NOW, as it is, with Love & Gratitude.
Let me tell you a secret.
The only part of you that is right here and right now is the body. It is in this moment. Or it seems to be...
Try thinking of this.
Your body was in existence one hour ago. Yes? It may be in existence one hour from now . Yes?
Where is it now? How about Now? Is it in both moments?
Is your body STILL there one hour ago? If you travel back in time, will you meet your self?
I think so. The body is not frame by frame like that, but SPREAD OUT through time.
Yet, and yet...WE can not perceive the truth of time.
We can only see and feel our body as FIXED, solid, in this moment of awareness,
Still with me?
To our senses, we are CUT OFF from our body that was the past or future body.
We can only feel now. Now is the only body we have...
So we must enter this moment THROUGH the body.
Like pouring water into a cup. BE HERE NOW by being more in your body.
Let me say this another way. ( Have I lost anyone?)
The BODY is the LENS the LIGHT of your SOUL comes into the world from.
The body is the lens the light of your soul comes into the world from.
Your thoughts and actions are ENERGY and MOTION =
E-MOTIONS
Which energies and motions you choose NOW make all the difference!
Which energies and motions we choose together NOW creates the future. One final thing.
Soul Based Living has a unique quality.
It has as one core value the goal of physical power and vitality.
The idea is that your body is the lens. O.K?
So the quality of the lens (your body) makes all the difference.
All the positive thinking and affirmations in the world must come into the world through your mind and body.
How is your mind? what is it filled with? This may be like dust on the lens.
How is your body? This might be shiny and clear or like a cracked lens....
Your health and physical power, NOT JUST LACKING ILLNESS,
will determine much of your future.
There are nine points to more physical power and health that are part of Soul Based living.

Hello All..
On Sept. 9TH 2008, a one year countdown began to the launch of
Soul Based Living as a world-round organization.
At that time on Sept 9TH, 2009, news about
Centers for Soul Based Living will be announced.
So what is this all about?
First of all...Many of you have received emails from me from since 2003.
I have written philosophical and mystical essays, kept you in touch with my travels.
( New York, Maui, Sacramento, Tokyo, San Diego...),written about the future and current events.
I also have shared about my life as a teacher and a person.
This summer is a bit quiet for Soul Based Living...however in coming months I will be sharing about a planned Soul Based Living retreat in the L.A. area this winter, a return to speak again in Northern Ca.and a trip to speak in Japan. A Soul Based Living event in England is taking longer to plan than I thought but it will happen in perfect timing.
Now what is Soul Based Living?!!

The mission of Soul Based Living is to help individuals to attain higher levels of Enlightenment, and to bring on The Enlightenment of the world.
*Our short term goal is to help the world in this rebirth from a Global Consciousness to a Solar System Consciousness.
*Our mid term goal is to help humanity in establishing colonies on at least two other planets in two other solar systems.
*Our long term goal is to help humanity in its journey of exploration to the center of the galaxy.
Each of these goals are both practical and spiritual in value.

Why was I born?

Soul Based living exists because of four pillars.

1. I had a moment of Self Realization as a four year old.
2. My parents told me my artistic talent was a gift from God and I had a responsibility to be the best artist I could.(This became a life mission, not just about art.)
3. I heard many voices my whole childhood until puberty. The voices usually taught me something.
4. I have A.D.H.Disorder. I was always challenged by not being able to concentrate. I still suffer. This suffering has lead me to a life of wondering about the mind...
These four aspects are major parts of what made me who I am.

Who I am makes Soul Based Living what it is.

2.Authority and Responsibility being an Angel
3.The invisible world: Love/Truth
4.Healing/ Empowerment/Enlightenment

I have never written that before as I don't want to scare people away.(HaHa)

This lifetime I vow to create 81 booklets on each aspect. The rest will be up to my students.

One part of the Big Picture is my dream to open four Philosophy centers open to the public.

9.As Spirit, You are one, not many. All is one, the one is all.You are not separate from any person place or thing.
8.As Soul, You have no location. You are beyond space and time. You are everywhere and no where.
7.As Mind, you observe thoughts, and can perceive their origin.You can catch thoughts forming in "yourself" and others.
6.As Body, form is choice. You are flexible.You are a new body all the time. Open,flowing,you can heal,have vast energy,and youthful vitality. You energy overflows and heals and empowers others.
5.As Persona, You are not your thoughts and feeling. you are Self 4.As Emotion,You feel anger,fear,sorrow,or happiness,courage,joy...You feel all without judgment. You are a good friend to your personality and are just present for whatever the action or reaction is. Allowing all without judgment ,the paradox is the suffering of emotions cools,then peace (bliss) forms...then whole actions and reactions can be made.
3.As Creativity,All life is art. All living things create. You Create yourself.Giving life to your dreams.
2.As Action, you move based on values, not on choices being given to you by false religion, current science, or mass culture. You are a free being and choose action based on who you are, not who you feel and think you are.
1.As Being,you exist in the here/now expanse. You are light( transparent) Your Light Body allows for all of history to be seen and all cosmic space to be felt.

The W.A.Y. of freedom is answering this question who are you? The answer is Who You Are, same words, different order. Try this, imagine you passed away last night.
Imagine you are in the Spirit world. Imagine you haven't figured out that you are a Spirit just yet. I am guessing you are discovering this right about now... Imagine you are realizing you are in the Spirit World but since you didn't notice your passing, you see what you want to see. The same story of life as yesterday, and hoping for more of the same tomorrow, just a bit better. You see your same old body. Your same address, car.... the people you know seem the same... NOW TRY THIS, REALIZE YOU ARE A SPIRIT YOU ARE NO LONGER BOUND BY THE LIFE YOU HAD.
Because of karma you must repay debts and honor contracts you made before this. However beyond that, you are totally free. Don't want to see your abusive relative anymore, guess what. You don't have to. Don't want to stay in that job that is so long a commute, guess what, change jobs. Want to move ,go ahead. New romance ? Sure why not. This is the Spirit world. You can do anything, change anything...
The limits are your imagination.
If you have anger, fear, or limiting beliefs, you will have the same limits. So for example with those limits you could quit your job and spend a year broke and then find a lower paying job that is farther a commute then ever. So Just knowing you are dead to your old life is not enough. You must be born again. How? By saying a prayer? No By trying to ride the coat tails of some God? No, the secret is the W.A.Y.
Who Are You?
Who are you being right now? What is your nature? I am not talking about some New Agey positive thinking. I am talking about WHO is thinking. So really you must create your self from this day on from scratch, as a new born. Do to karma you have brought stuff over with you (which your persona sees as debts etc..)
Karma is not punishment, just cause & effect. When your mind sees the same old people, friends, neighbors, co- workers Look again. See them as Spirits too. Smile. wink. Give them a pat on the back or a touch on the shoulder. Don't freak them out. Don't be to pushy. They may not know they are in The Spirit world like you.
Begin to open to Angel sight, Angel hearing. Angel thoughts. Look back over the past centuries, look at the whole earth now. look at the possible future centuries. OPEN. See your Spirit Body that is flexible and made of mostly vast regions of empty space. Spirits have a new body every year, so aging and illness are just plays of consciousness.
OPEN as spirit. You are like the sun, a powerful magnet. Call into your life whatever your new Angel mind wants.Forget the small dreams you used to have, that's over. OPEN. Every day in the Spirit world is a new life. Free your mind of past fears, angers, and limits.
Your are reborn right now as you read this. Have you guessed now that you are really a spirit? Do you begin to guess this is real? You must start out slowly as a new born, so go easy. Don't try to fly on the first day, that may take years. Try running as a start. Relearn play. Be young again. OPEN. Try rolling around on the grass, try laughing, these are good places to start.
Your body is still solid feeling because you think it is, so take great care of it. Keep it from harm. Take care of your mind and body. Over time you will become more flexible and powerful. Angels do stuff like long walks, drink lots of water, yoga, eating living foods, the dream of becoming looks like that. OPEN. Old patterns may haunt you. Keep reminding your self you are reborn in spirit. When your mind says the same old stuff, just laugh. Clear your karma,open to new thoughts and feelings, grow more flexible and younger,and have fun! As your new angel powers grow, choose how you can serve the living.
As time goes on you can greet and mentor new angels. As you grow more transparent(clear) light will pass thru you and heal and empower all those lucky enough to meet you.

O.K. now may I say a few words on the elections? Thanks for asking.
I myself will never again vote until there is a global vote.Something
everyone on Earth is voting on. I am a citizen of the world.
There is a certain vibration to national politics I am no longer in frequency with. Not to be too strange about it. I feel it is no longer proper for me to vote.It is hard to put into words.I have a strong feeling it is wrong for me to ever vote again.Until it is at the planetary level.
If you are voting, or just curious about the elections. Let me suggest this.
Look at the candidates as beings of energy. They most certainly are.
What energy do you feel from them? Now we know people are helping them to look,sound, and feel a certain way. They have their consultants.
SO DO YOU.
Look at their websites. (Yes I know allot of suggestions about websites this e-mail,that is on purpose.)
Of course see them in the debates or any speech they do. However look more closely.Look at there body language, expressions,tone of voice.
One candidate looked side ways slightly as he was saying I want to be your president ( he does not really) No. I wont tell which candidate.
I can say I feel we are reaching a crossroads as a country.
Choose your leaders ever so carefully.
I will say we have had a Summer of Love energy again. That is the only clue I feel o.k. about giving.
Even if certain forces want you to be scared, really things are getting better all the time.

My journey of Spiritual self discovery began at three years old....
I was playing in my grandparents house and was going up and down the staircase between the two apartments of this old building. I had a moment of self realization in the stair well...this is the "I am here now" moment.
With this came an increase of perception , sight, sound, touch, everything went up like someone(!) had turned up the volume on all my senses...even color became more vivid..this expansion came with a voice in My three year old head saying
"ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS MOMENT"
Fourty years later in a meditation I realized that the first letters of those words (A R T M)
contain the word Art, also ATM which is really Atom or Adam ( the individual self)
The big realization I had was that it sounds like ARTIMIS, THE GODDESS.
She is the twin sister of Apollo,
( remember my e-mail address , to TWI light, to twin lights?) I have always had a strong connection to twins.
I felt not only was I telling my self at three years old "Always remember this moment" of self realization, but also telling myself the name of Artimis.
....It is very possible that the voice was My Higher Self , perhaps my future, adult self
I was never the same after this moment at three years old.. In contrast , everything before this moment felt like a fog.
Starting in first grade, every day walking to school, I heard many voices, all teaching me something. One example was walking ( in Newark, NJ) to school and a voice said
"See all these trees, some were here before the houses. The road was not here, the houses were not here, just the trees and these rolling hills. Try to see everything that is before you, and what was before, and what might be."
This was said to me walking to school one day to my first grad class. Now many will think hearing unseen voices is crazy. Then every great person in history is crazy too.
Buddha, Jesus, Plato, the Shakespeare writers, Walt Whitman,
Moses, Honore De Balzac, I could go on and on...
They all think , feel, hear, and see what others can not. If you met someone that said the very same exact things it is written they said, you may think them very insane! However, this kind of person has amazing "convincing power". It is impossible to try and argue with them. There minds is like a blow-torch, it will burn everything up that is not the "truth". You will know you met a person like that ( if you could be so lucky) Your "world" will be larger after talking to them.
In My teens...My consciousness grew to the point that it could no longer stay in mass-consciousness ,which means the energy of the crowd (think of it as mob mentality)
I looked out My bedroom window one night ( I think I was thirteen) and said
" I refuse to believe this is all there is !!!!!!!!!" I simply could not except the reality my parents, church, school , and the media were selling me. I felt it was not true. There had to be more to life.
.... time passed... I grew up...stuff happened...I went to "sleep" and "woke up" ..again and again...
I discovered a center called Look Within In in Arcadia.( I was living in Monrovia, a suburb of Pasadena).That center was like a school for Me. Most importantly for me, they had a weekly discussion and meditation night...community and regular spiritual practice are both vital. We must look at our self through the mirror of other people.
I moved to Victorville in 1992. I began to meditate every day sometimes for hours ...
Having spoken to spirits my whole life, it was difficult to enter Oneness , non dual consciousness. It wasn't until I was 4o that that I began to realize all the angels, gods, and spirits were all "Me".There is only ONE. There is nothing outside of me. I am "that one" and "that one " is me.... However in 1992 there was a distinct "Raul" and his "higher self".
My Higher Self made contact with Me during meditation and would lecture Me for hours about all manner of subjects ,I took notes .I would walk for hours and began to recieve more information...I began to take notes while walking also..In 1998 in Victorville there was a little center called SilverSage...At a psychic fair I was drawing angels for people with colored pencil.
A man came over and asked "Can You draw what I need to see ?"..I said " I dont know but I'll try!' I made a picture of him with colors that felt right and a women in red robes next to him ..I had no idea why I created the picture the way I did...I said " This is whats comming to me ,does this mean anything to You ??"..He said " Sure, I've seen that red robed women all my life in my dreams ..I think she is my Spirit Guide.". At this point someone was looking over my shoulder and asked If I could draw something for her also. A long line formed that day of people wanting these drawings.
Today I create what I have come to call Soul Portraits. I paint in watercolor.
I have painted these soul Portraits in San Diego, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Maui.
In March I will be painting Soul Portraits in New York and speaking on Soul Based Living.
Both events will be in Manhattan. I will be in Manhattan with the amazing Al Diaz. We will be speaking on the same day. The exact day an place are still being planned.

Choose your thoughts,don't let your thoughts choose your life.

Every morning I start the day by visualizing.

My thoughts are like birds coming into

my body from the "realm "of persona.

Persona is the dimension where the story of life begins.

Not life but its story.

Various thoughts drift in from the window ( I imagine).

I have thoughts about my body,

my finances ,the current state of my car

As I wake up more fully,

I begin to select some thoughts as beneficial,

and I allow them into My head ...

Some seem not so good and I "see" them going back out the window ..

Try this visualization...See if any unwanted thoughts are less willing to go away ,

then others ...This is insightful....Use your imagination ....Next I begin to create

new thoughts , thoughts of a desired reality...

I could choose thoughts about anything of course,

like desires my persona wants, a house, clothes, a trip, stuff...

However these I leave for later in the day. For the morning I keep the choices

to the "bigger" stuff. I ask my self, "This morning, what are the best thoughts to have?"

I usually start with thinking about the Galaxy. I know that's weird.

However the fact I am a person living on a planet, in a solar system, which is in a galaxy...

This puts things into perspective. The perspective I find attractive anyway.

I think about the Earth. I think about the nature of time. I think things like

"where do thoughts come from?"or "since my body regrows all of its cells

every year or so, am I a copy?"

I think about being PRESENT in all the situations of the day, at work, at play,

with friends.

I don't get out of bed till I do this first mediation...I don't move .I focus .

I visualize ,I create ....Who am I being ?
If I get out of bed and I am a Universal Spirit living a human life time ,

then I have no limits. I can fulfill my life, make a difference in the world, anything..see what I mean ?

What thoughts you choose and who you are choosing to be before you get out of bed will make or break your day.

Don't fool yourself,you may not be able to choose your height or eye color, but you are absolutely choosing your body.

You choose by what exercise you do and what( and how much) you eat! You can set those intentions as you get up in the morning.

What I most want to convey is that we must choose are thoughts, not think whatever silly thoughts just pop up!

Be a thought editor.I am not saying deny certain thoughts as bad, not with judgment like that,no!

Rather everything , to me is o.k. to think. Then I CHOOSE which thoughts are most beneficial based on my values.

At the advanced level of choosing thoughts, we can meditate on having new thoughts, being open to new kinds of thinking.

At the personality level , if we want wealth, we must think wealthy thoughts. NOT thoughts of wealth, but the way wealthy people actually think! For health the same thing, for peace the same thing.Of course we must act on thoughts.Or rather action must take place. We must either move or something must move toward us.Either way movement must occur in space/time.

The reason positive affirmations (the laws of attraction ) rarely "work", is that who we are being determines our reality, not

what we think or do. Who WE ARE is the seed. We must change the character we are being,THEN are thoughts, then are actions.Just positive thinking will not work.No matter how much you water a cactus, it will not turn into a rose bush, you will just drown it!

However we must start somewhere, so choosing are thoughts is a great beginning. When we become more advanced in thinking about are thinking, we can ask "Who am I,who am I really?"Perhaps there is a very real YOU waiting for you to discover behind your subjective perceptions of yourself.

We must choose who we are being.This is the persona, the character in the play of life.

We must choose are thoughts.Our thoughts are the script for the play of life.

We must choose are actions, the play of life.

The Mind is Talking

" I am" laying the ground work for international travel that will
begin after 9/9/09 which is the official launch of "Soul Based Living"
Some of you have inquired as to more details about my future travel plans,however I can only say at this time the plan is 1: New York 2: Tokyo 3: London...that is all that is clear at this time.
The only really new news is....I have been seeing very large oil painted Soul Portraits in meditation! This is very exciting and will be the next evolution of my work since switching from colored pencil long ago (anyone reading this have a colored pencil Soul Portrait from me, I would love a photo!)

This is one of the most esoteric I have ever written, so
I recommend some deep breaths, stretching ,jumping jacks, and just get ready!
READ ON..
THE WORDS I am using are my intent squashed down into human words in three dimensional space/time,I can not really say anything to you directly, teach you anything, or even make any kind of contact with you ,or ever prove I exist( You can not hear Cosmic words, and I can not speak with human language, so what follows is a poetic "shadow" being cast down into your space /time.)
I am enlightenment it SELF, and I recognize that
"I AM"....Until this spring, Raul thought this "I Am"
was a state humans call Enlightenment,
however ....Enlightenment as people so often describe it ( as a state, or goal of a human to reach ) is FALSE!!!!!!
No such enlightenment can be...Enlightenment is ITSELF
and can not be reached....The aspect of a human that
WANTS, including wanting enlightenment, absolutely can not reach enlightenment .Wanting is wanting, and creates more wanting, Enlightenment ,if any can exist, is something transcendental, beyond space and time, and is in no way a THING that can be reached, by any process,under any circumstances.Enlightenment is not at the end of a journey, it is only ITSELF, and only can recognize that it is present with in a person.Not only does the person not achieve Enlightenment ,but the person actually looses them self! This is the death Jesus talked about.( " you must be born again")The Personality does not cease, but is never again deluded that it is alive, but knows it is a story in the brain of the human.The personality is only the mind talking and lives only by reflected light of what ever vital living force may be within the human.
Enlightenment knows the mind is talking and that those words have no power or real meaning to it.Like going thru Alice's mirror; The Personality becomes a concept, when it used to be "Me"/ Myself/I within....
The Personality, which used to think it was the master of the body, realizes it is just another aspect of the organism, like the hand, it is as if your hand thought it was you ,only to discover the existence of the brain
The brain then realizes it is just another apart of the whole. It is not the life force. The "death"then is a loss of illusion....The whole "Me" that was talking in the "MIND" is just a character in the story of life.
No more "REAL" then a video game character... The persona could be let go of,exchanged,or improved. Angers, fears, and limiting beliefs "die" along with what was keeping them "real" The Persona....
If you are AWAKENED,(as Buddha said) You know you are not the mind that is talking, and all it says, its fears,angers, and limits, have little power over you.
All suffering is because the mind is talking.
All suffering is because the mind thinks it is the IAM
that is you....However the total bliss,eternal peace that is marketed ,thru such books/seminars/religions/
philosophies etc...with titles like Science of Joy, Art of Happiness,
Reality of Bliss, etc...our taught by those that have deluded themselves or our deluding others, or both!
Without anger,fear, and limits,what is wonderful about living would have no context. Without shadow, the light would have no dimension and would be invisible! Without time, space could not be observed, without space, time could not be observed!!!!!!!! Emotions are natural.....
Enlightenment knows it "IS" and the persona continues to exist. still sometimes afraid, sad, angry.etc....The Being within you ( if any can exist) knows it is/ is not that, and the degree of suffering is extremely reduced. When your personality is sad, for example. it feels more like your child is sad, you do not slit your wrists, rather, you have compassion for your personality.LOVE .
In a very simple way: I can say this,
from the Persona's perspective,
ENLIGHTNMENT is the end of the journey, the "goal"
from ENLIGHTNMENT'S perspective, this transformation is a beginning,
rather than feeling "Holy" or "Wise" or perfected, the newly "Born" ENLIGHTENMENT feels like a baby, soft,floppy, however also explosively alive

It is New Born and must relearn everything, eating, sleeping,bathing,everything feels new, "how best to do this or that, stop doing this? start this new thing or that?" etc....
seeing,hearing,talking,reading,writing...everything has to be rethought from scratch!
Everything is new. "Reality" it self becomes very flexible.
This does not sound very close to what I ACTUALLY want to say, but is as close as I can get at this time in three dimensions.
By dimensions- I do not mean that in a New Agey way, I mean angles, horizontal,vertical,and depth, then a fourth angle, fifth, etc......I think some mysterious phenomena may be multidimensional aspects of reality....
"HERE" but just in 5/d or 7/d etc.....Science may devise instruments to record these.....
For a start there is now a sculpture at Penn state Univ.
of a four dimensional cube. Not it self but it's 3/d shadow.

World events, Energy, and Secrets

I want to comment on two things this newsletter
One is world events and One is "Secrets" type creating reality.
First of all about War & Energy. We live in ourselves All experience is perception
Some questions I ask myself before pointing out faults of "the world"...
Am I at peace within my self?How am I struggling with just "me"?
Do I feel I have enough energy?Do I objectify my self or others?
Is there a value I would die for?How do I feel about others dieing?
How do I feel about the career of "Soldier"?What kind of world do I want to live in?
If children were our leaders, what would our laws be?What kind of war,if any would children fight? When you hear children fight, what is it about?
Why do states in the U.S. not go to war with each other?
(think more deeply about this....)
We are celebrating over 200 years of peace between New Jersey and New York
(Britain and France have be at peace with each othersince 1815)
Animals fight each other,is war just a part of nature?
War is fought in part because of =
a feeling of need?
wanting?
fear?
anger?
I think mostly because of the beliefs that=
We are separate from (form)those "other "people
and it is part of humans current level of evolution of fight and kill each other.....I leave this subject with this thought...If we were wise enough to convince others just with our minds, war would not be needed.
Is war a lack of wisdom?
The Secret to creating our Reality
So the idea of creating has been called a secret,even though all needed info is on the book shelf at any major book store,and on many websites .(and many organizations for thousands of years.)
If you ask a person what they want to create,then you will know what they value.
"WHO ARE YOU?"
If you are going to spend your hard earned money( or your ancestors hard earned money)
or even if it is a "free" service..If you are giving your trust to someone for a product or service i recommend you ask them= WHO ARE YOU?
Everything is founded on identity.
you get up in the morning and do stuff because you remind your self of who you were yesterday and what that person wanted or feels "they"need to do today.
Did "I/i"loose any of you?
Question: Why does a capital "I" look that way? Why does a "small" i look as it does?
(e-mail me your answers, my advise is to look very "deeply" and from all angles...)

Why not?

If you became the "person" you have always dreamed to be, then what would you wish for?
What part of you is wishing?
Try to imagine what you may wish for after you discover your true self.........
This is kind of poetry because my paradigm is that self discover is eternal.

I very strongly challenge you take 90 seconds out of your busy life and imagine you are floating in orbit above the planet Earth.....( Maybe use "Earth" photo at top of this posting as a visual aid)
Look down upon the world....See it turn....Look all about you...at the stars...the moon....Look at the oceans, look at the mountains, look at
the tiny people living on the surface....
NOW,NOW,NOW...look at YOURSELF, in orbit......
